Refund & Return Policy

At Au Paradis, we craft each piece as a testament to resilience and artistry. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns are complimentary.

  • International Orders: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. A processing fee will apply.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Restocking Fee: Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items: These items are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Exchanges

  • Domestic Orders: Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of delivery. If you need a different size or item, please contact us to initiate the process.

  • International Orders: Due to logistical constraints, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email orders@au-paradis.us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact orders@au-paradis.us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic orders).

  3. Ship Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Au Paradis is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
